Made to order
Each towel is personalised by hand in Yorkshire.
- Standard: produced within 3–5 working days, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Express: produced within 1–2 working days, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

As each towel is made to order, personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
