Production and delivery
Every item is personalised by hand in our Yorkshire workshop and made to order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and begin once your order has been dispatched. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.
Large and corporate orders
For golf days, societies and bulk logo orders, production times depend on quantity. We'll confirm a production date with you before we start.
Christmas
Please allow extra time in December. We'll publish our last order dates for Christmas delivery on this page and on our Christmas collection.
Problems with delivery
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at sales@mypersonalisedgolfgifts.co.uk and we'll put it right.
