Every item is made to order. Standard orders are made in 3–5 working days and sent free by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express orders are made in 1–2 working days and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.80.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change personalisation before your order goes into production, but not afterwards.

Yes. You can upload your logo on our custom logo products. For golf days, societies and larger quantities, choose "Corporate or golf day quote" in the form above and tell us the quantity and date you need. We'll confirm pricing and a production date before we start.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll reply within 48 hours and, if the fault is ours, replace your item or give you a full refund.

Because personalised items are made to your specification, they can't be returned if you change your mind. Please check names, initials, dates, colours and sizes carefully before ordering. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
