This website, mypersonalisedgolfgifts.co.uk, is operated by Inventa Group Limited, trading as My Personalised Golf Gifts. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09715565. Our registered office is Unit 4g Holmfield Mills, Holdsworth Road, Halifax, HX3 6SN, United Kingdom. These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Your order
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't accept your order, for example because of an error in pricing or a problem with your personalisation, we'll tell you and won't charge you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We take payment when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
If a product's price is clearly wrong because of an error on our website, we'll contact you before going ahead and you can choose to cancel.
Personalisation
Every personalised item is made to order. You are responsible for checking that all personalisation details (names, initials, dates, text, colours and sizes) are correct before placing your order. We will reproduce your personalisation exactly as entered and cannot accept returns for errors in the details you supplied.
Product photos show examples of our designs. Your item will carry the personalisation you choose, and colours on screen may vary slightly from the finished product.
Logos and artwork
By supplying a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that its use does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any artwork we consider offensive, unlawful or unsuitable for production. We will check supplied files before production and contact you if they are not suitable, but final reproduction may vary slightly from on-screen colours, and fine detail may be simplified for embroidery or engraving.
Production and delivery
Production times, delivery services and charges are set out in our shipping policy. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates; if your order is delayed, we'll let you know.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because personalised and custom-logo items are made to your specification, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or with a mistake we have made, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Full details are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you place it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
